New Patients:
The surgery covers Moulsecoomb, Bevendean, Coldean, Falmer, Hollingdean and the area of Brighton east of Elm Grove. You may register with the practice only if you live within these areas.
In order to register you will need to be eligible to register with the NHS and live within the above areas. You will need to provide two forms of identification one of which must include your current address and one must be photographic ID.
On registration you will be offered a new patient medical. this gives you the opportunity to review any health concerns that you may have with our experienced practice nurses. This is particularly important if you have any ongoing medical problems or are on a repeat prescription, as it often takes some time for your medical records to reach the surgery from your previous doctor.
Temporary or Private Patients
You can still be seen at the surgery if you do not fulfill the above criteria, if you wish to be seen as a temporary resident or for immediately necessary treatment, please speak with the receptionist. Certain services may also be available without registering with the practice, such as contraceptive care.
You may also be seen as a private patient, however a fee will be payable. Please speak to the receptionists about what may be charged.
