    Out of hours calls (emergencies only) are covered by South East Health.

 After the surgery has closed, if you need to speak to a Doctor, please always telephone the surgery first on 01273 604220, and listen carefully to the answer machine message. It will give you contact details for the duty doctor or the out of hours provider South East Health. Doctors or nurses will be able to provide you with advice over the telephone. If you need to be seen by the doctor or nurse you will be invited to the urgent care centre which is open throughout the out of hours period. If you are too unwell to attend the urgent care centre, a home visit will be arranged. Please remember always to telephone first. Please see our practice manager if you have any queries about these arrangements.

    Some daytime hours are covered for urgent problems only by a rota with Dr Sharp and Dr Clarke.

Accidents

    The nearest Accident Department is at The Royal Sussex County Hospital. Broken bones, cuts and other injuries should go direct -dial 999 if necessary.
