e-wellbeing is a digital wellbeing service for young people run by YMCA DownsLink Group. Our aim is for all young people to be able to access the right support and information around their emotional health and wellbeing, in the right place at a time that is right for them.



Doc Ready:

Doc Ready helps you plan for your first visit to the GP to talk about your mental health. It provides online advice and an online checklist to help you prepare for the appointment.



Where To Go For:

Where To Go For provides an online directory of services for young people aged 12-25, within Brighton & Hove.




HOPELineUK is a confidential support and advice service for: 

    • Young people under the age of 35 who may be having thoughts of suicide.
    • Anyone concerned a young person may be having thoughts of suicide.

24 hours a day, every day Childline is a free, private and confidential service where you can be you. Childline is here to help anyone under 19 in the UK with any issue they’re going through. Whether it’s something big or small, our trained counsellors are here to support you.
