The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. The provision of these services is charged in line with the recommended BMA rates.

Our NHS work always takes priority over any private work, so please do not expect an immediate response to any such requests. You will be given an approximate timeframe for completion upon submitting a request.
