A new NHS service is now available that provides you with access to your Medical Record as of the beginning of November this year.
If you would like to be able to view your Medical Record from this date, then we can arrange this for you.
We will need to check your identity and ask you to answer some questions, so that you understand the possible risks.
Once this process is complete, you will be able to access your record quickly.
