Access to the online appointment service

steth_pills_diaryTo book an appointment, please telephone our dedicated appointments line on 01273 606214 or alternatively you can make an appointment in person at the surgery.

We will do our best to allocate you your Doctor of choice but this may not always be possible.

New Online Appointments Service

We are now offering a number of advance appointments with GPs that can be booked online.

You will need to register for this service and provide ID and proof of address.  Please contact the surgery for more details.

Extended Hours (by appointment only)

Extended hours are offered between 18:30 - 19:30 on Mondays and Tuesdays and on one Saturday a month between 08:00 -11:00.  If Extended hours falls on a Bank Holiday we will offer alternative appointments.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a Practice Nurse rather than a Doctor. Practice Nurses are qualified to deal with many conditions and you may be seen more quickly.

Interpreting Services

Should your knowledge of English be limited, Sussex Interpreting Services and Vandu Language Services provide face to face interpreting for our patients.  Language Line provides an overseas language telephone interpreting service.  Action for Deafness provides British Sign Language interpreting for patients who are deaf or hearing impaired.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
