How It Works
Choose a Provider
Please take a moment to research ADHD service providers and decide which one you’d like to be referred to. You can choose either an NHS or private provider.
Complete the Referral Form
Once you’ve chosen your provider, fill out our ADHD Referral Form fully and accurately. It’s important that all sections are completed to avoid delays.
Submit the Form
After submission, our team will process your referral directly. There’s no need to book an appointment with your GP for this — we’ll handle it from here.
